Zoom sessions are pre-booked on-line, meaning you can stay in the comfort of your own home, avoiding the stress of travelling if you are not feeling at your strongest.
Many clients also have permission to have their sessions during work time eg during lunch hour or in a quiet period thereby causing less interference with life
There is no pressure to progress to "in person" therapy if you do not want to, which means we can go at your pace, take breaks if desired and maintain a regular slot. Whatever best meets your needs.
Although Zoom sessions are at a distance, we are still able to do various types of work safely as your mental state will be closely monitored during sessions.
