Mike has been Clinical Director of Delamere Health since it was founded by Martin Preston in 2018. It is the UK's first, purpose-built, Addiction and Behavioural Health Clinic, based in Cheshire.

Mike and Martin collaborated to craft the innovative Delamere STOP.START.GROW. model of treatment, which has elements drawn from a range of influences but is grounded in empathy, compassion and support.
